1.- No Legal Advice
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only, including information relating to Illinois family law matters such as divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, child support, maintenance, orders of protection, parentage, and post-decree issues. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as legal advice for any specific matter or circumstance. Family law outcomes depend on the facts of each case, applicable law, judicial discretion, and procedural posture. You should consult qualified counsel regarding your individual situation before acting or refraining from acting based on any content on this Site.
2.- No Attorney-Client Relationship
Your use of this Site, including sending us an email, completing a contact form, requesting a consultation, subscribing to updates, or otherwise communicating with us through the Site, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and the Firm. An attorney-client relationship is formed only through a separate written engagement agreement signed by the Firm and the client.
The Firm does not represent you unless and until we have completed our conflicts review, agreed to the representation, and both you and the Firm have signed a written engagement agreement.
3.- Confidentiality of Communications
Communications sent through the Site, email, text message, chat feature, or online forms may not be secure and will not necessarily be treated as privileged or confidential unless and until an attorney-client relationship has been formally established. You should not send sensitive, confidential, or time-sensitive information through the Site.
In particular, please do not use the Site to send detailed facts about disputes with a spouse, former spouse, co-parent, child custody matter, domestic violence matter, financial account information, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses of protected persons, or other highly sensitive personal information.
4.- Attorney Advertising
This Site may be considered attorney advertising under applicable rules of professional conduct. The Firm focuses on Illinois family law matters. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome, and descriptions of past matters should not be understood as a promise or prediction of results in any future divorce, custody, support, or other domestic relations matter.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation;

No other use is permitted without our prior written consent.
7.- No Guarantee of Results
Any descriptions of representative matters, case studies, testimonials, endorsements, or results are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of any future legal matter. This is especially true in family law matters, where outcomes may depend on disputed facts, judicial determinations concerning the best interests of the child, statutory factors, financial disclosures, and compliance with court procedures and orders.
