FOUNDING ATTORNEY
Rebecca LaRocque has spent her entire legal career in family law, not as a stepping stone, but as a deliberate focus. She has represented clients through uncontested divorces, high-conflict parenting disputes, complex financial litigation, and everything in between.

Her approach is structured and preparation-driven. Every case gets a clear strategy at intake, direct communication throughout, and an attorney who is ready — whether the matter resolves at the negotiating table or in front of a judge.

Tyler Keller
ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Tyler Keller is an associate attorney at LaRocque Law, where her practice is devoted entirely to family law. She represents clients in divorce and parenting matters, including contested cases involving significant assets, complicated financial pictures, and disputes over parenting time and decision-making. Clients working with Tyler get a lawyer who prepares thoroughly and explains options in plain terms so they can make decisions with confidence.

Tyler's approach mirrors the firm's: identify what actually matters in a case early, push for resolution where that serves the client, and be fully prepared to litigate when it doesn't. She works closely with clients to understand their priorities and builds strategy around the outcome they need. Whether a matter settles at the negotiating table or is decided by a judge, her focus stays on protecting her clients' interests and their children's stability.

Outside the office, Tyler is a devoted Cubs fan and is working her way through every MLB ballpark.

Michael Discipio
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Michael oversees the firm's operations — managing the systems, workflows, and day-to-day logistics that allow the legal team to stay focused on strategy and execution.
His role is built around accountability. From intake through resolution, he maintains timelines, coordinates communication, and ensures nothing stalls or gets overlooked.

Bonnie Duncan
SENIOR PARALEGAL
Bonnie Duncan has spent her career in family law, with a particular focus on guiding servicemembers and their families through the issues unique to military life: Servicemembers Civil Relief Act stays, division of military retirement benefits, parenting time built around deployments and PCS orders, and child support calculations that properly account for military housing and food allowances. She pairs that with a litigation background on complex, high-asset cases and brings the same preparation and attention to detail to every family she works with.
Bonnie started her career in large-firm litigation, working on appeals, but prefers a smaller family firm where she can focus on helping people through some of the most difficult transitions in their lives.
Outside the office, Bonnie is the mother of three adult children and grandmother to six, volunteers with several animal rescues, and usually has a house full of rescue dogs.
Marianne Stuth
INTAKE SPECIALIST & PARALEGAL
Marianne Stuth is often the first person a prospective client speaks with at LaRocque Law, and she takes that responsibility seriously — listening, asking the right questions, and helping people feel heard from the very first call. Her background in family law, including divorce and parentage matters, means she understands how overwhelming the process can feel.

Marianne began her legal career in 2005 with the Public Defender's Office before moving into family law, where her focus became the people behind each case rather than the paperwork. She joined LaRocque Law because she shares the firm's belief that family law is fundamentally about people.

Outside the office, Marianne enjoys spending time with her family and is a devoted animal lover.
